The MCP New Captain America preview puts Sam Wilson firmly in charge of a very mobile Avengers roster.
However, leadership is only part of the story. She-Hulk, War Machine, Ant-Man, and Wasp each bring a completely different battlefield tool. Together, they create an Avengers lineup built around movement, protection, and controlling where fights happen. This is a summary of a community post found here.
Sam Wilson Leads an Avengers Team Built Around Constant Repositioning

Sam Wilson arrives as a 3 Threat Captain America with Long movement, Flight, and plenty of ways to keep the whole squad moving. His Shield Throw reaches Range 4, ignores line of sight and cover, pushes smaller characters, and can Ricochet into another target.

Meanwhile, Redwing Assault throws enemies before placing Sam somewhere more useful, which should make objective play wonderfully irritating. His All New, All Different leadership also turns casualties into momentum, letting another Avenger heal, clear a condition, and Advance when an ally becomes Dazed or KO’d. Air Lift moves nearby allies, Charge combines movement and attacking, and Vibranium Shield keeps Sam surprisingly durable.

She-Hulk takes the opposite approach and simply becomes impossible to ignore. At 6 Threat and 10 Stamina, she slows enemies, escalates that into Stun or Stagger, and can throw Size 4 terrain or characters Medium.

Better yet, Legal Defense allows her to intercept attacks aimed at teammates. Gamma Transfusion then rewards opponents for hitting her by moving Jennifer closer to them. That is exactly the sort of lose-lose choice a good bruiser should create.

War Machine supplies the heavy shooting. Metal Storm is a Beam attack that can Bleed several targets, while Rocket Pods can chain into another attack.

However, Empty the Clip is the real gamble, using a Strength 8 attack where Criticals add two dice, while Skulls hurt Rhodey. Titanium Armor Plating reduces incoming damage, so he can survive some of his own enthusiasm.

Ant-Man and Wasp add the trickiest movement puzzles. Both switch between Normal and Tiny forms, gaining defensive rerolls and Stealth while tiny. However, Tiny characters cannot hold objective tokens, so shrinking at the wrong moment can throw away points.

Ant-Man can reposition with Hitch a Ride, while Wasp becomes Long movement and uses Wasp’s Fury to attack, move, and return to normal size.

Therefore, both characters reward careful timing rather than automatic shrinking every turn.
Summary and Final Thoughts
Overall, this Avengers lineup looks less like five independent heroes and more like an actual team. Sam keeps everyone moving, She-Hulk absorbs pressure, War Machine clears firing lanes, and the Pym heroes constantly reshape positioning. That should make the faction feel reactive without becoming passive.
