Alright, Jim and Bob are talking about the ultimate sneaky git in Blood Bowl, and it’s none other than Rashnak Backstabber. Bob has probably never “faced” Rashnak because, well, Rashnak is all about sticking his serrated daggers into his opponents’ kidneys when they least expect it. That’s right, Chaos Dwarfs have rolled out their heavy-hitting roster from the Dark Lands, and Rashnak is here to put the “back” in backstabber!

Rashnak’s Twisted Backstory
So, Rashnak wasn’t always slicing his way to stardom. This hobgoblin started out as an informant in a forge, ratting out thieves—though there’s a good chance he was the one encouraging them to steal in the first place. Classic Rashnak. His reward for all that scheming? Two wicked serrated daggers, the perfect tools for his new “profession” on the Blood Bowl pitch.
He didn’t stop there. Rashnak became fascinated by venomous creatures and actually went all the way to Lustria to study them. He came back not only with a suitcase full of poisonous critters but also with a new appreciation for the art of poisoning his opponents in-game. And thus, the Toxin Connoisseur was born.
Rashnak on the Blood Bowl Field

After hobgoblin infighting tore his original team apart (typical), Rashnak went freelance. He found work with other Chaos Dwarf teams, where he refined his deadly craft. Not only does he stab, but he makes sure his victims stay down—permanently. He’s a sneaky, stab-happy hobgoblin who lurks on the sidelines, always avoiding the referee’s gaze (we all know that player, right?).
For just 130,000 GP, you can bring Rashnak onto your Badlands Brawls team. That’s a pretty sweet deal for a guy who’s as skilled at stabbing as he is at avoiding getting caught. He’s coming soon, in all his Forge World resin glory.
If you need a player who’s willing to do the dirty work while your team scores, Rashnak is your hobgoblin. Just don’t let him get behind you!
