MCP Jubilee & Multiple Man adds two mutants with completely different approaches to controlling a Crisis Protocol board.
Jubilee offers X-Men a surprisingly useful 2-Threat option. Meanwhile, Multiple Man turns objectives into a constantly shifting puzzle of Jamie Madrox duplicates. Together, they look far more interesting than another pair of straightforward damage dealers. This is a summary of a community post found here.
Jubilee and Multiple Man Bring Trickier Mutant Play

Jubilee packs considerable utility into her tiny Threat cost. Her Lumikinetic Blast generates Power and can inflict Stun, while Princess of Pyrotechnics adds heavier firepower and Rapid Fire. More importantly, Fireworks spends Power to improve nearby defensive rolls, giving Jubilee genuine support value.
Wolverine! lets Logan intercept attacks targeting her, which wonderfully captures their comic-book relationship. However, Jubilee remains appropriately unpredictable. I Totally Meant To Do That! grants Power after rolling a Critical, but she immediately drops every objective she carries. That could be hilarious or catastrophic depending on the scoreboard.

Light Up the Sky further disrupts opponents by weakening nearby attacks for a round.

Alternatively, Blood Cursed removes Wolverine’s protection and lets Jubilee counterattack, reposition, and potentially heal after suffering attacks.

Multiple Man takes board control even further. His Duplicates can attack, inflict Slow, and interact with objectives without paying Power. However, Like Herding Cats normally requires another ally contesting nearby, keeping the copies from becoming completely independent scoring machines.

Multiple Man also gains stronger attacks when his duplicates surround a target. In practice, Madrox Monkey Pile can become a nasty Strength 9 finisher.

Duplicate Reabsorption lets Jamie reclaim an extract, remove a Duplicate, and heal himself. Meanwhile, Kinetic Duplications creates another Jamie after Multiple Man suffers damage. Shared Experiences converts nearby Duplicate activity into Power, reinforcing that interconnected playstyle.

Likewise, Dangerous Business gives attacked X-Factor characters extra movement before damage lands.

Multitasking temporarily removes the Duplicates’ objective restrictions, potentially creating a huge scoring turn. Finally, the revealed affiliation lists confirm Mirage’s New Mutants roster and Havok’s X-Factor lineup, including Multiple Man. Overall, these rules make positioning and sequencing matter as much as raw attacks.
Final Thoughts
Overall, MCP Jubilee & Multiple Man looks like a particularly clever mutant release. Jubilee mixes cheap support with wonderfully risky objective play. By contrast, Multiple Man rewards players who enjoy manipulating board state and planning several activations ahead. For tactical players, both characters should create plenty of entertaining headaches.
