Skarre Ravenmane Leads Cryx Back to the Western Seas
Skarre rules the Satyxis, a people changed by ancient dragon blood and a culture demanding proven strength. Although her bloodline carries prestige, leadership must still be earned through battle. Skarre seized power through magic, cunning, and an ability to dominate rivals at sea. For decades, coastal commanders tried unsuccessfully to predict her raids. Sacrifice also fuels her darker powers, with Skarre reading bloody portents and claiming Toruk speaks through them. She carries an ancient ritual dagger capable of draining mystical energy from allies, captives, the living, or the dead. Once empowered, that blade can unleash brutal curses against her enemies.
Skarre’s importance grew beyond piracy during the struggles between Cryx’s lich lords. She backed Terminus against Asphyxious during the conflict surrounding Temple Garrodh. Although Terminus prevailed, Asphyxious banished him from Caen and collapsed the temple around Skarre. That catastrophe awakened Skarre’s ability to perceive strands of destiny connecting living and dead souls. She then discovered how to restore Terminus and preserve the Dragonfather’s plans. Terminus made her his vassal and commander of the entire Cryxian fleet.
Now, Skarre leads Satyxis, revenants, ogrun, thralls, and helljacks across a massive coastal offensive. Her orders cover more than two thousand miles across Khador, Ord, Cygnar, and the Protectorate. Dread Armada therefore feels less like a raiding force and more like a full invasion fleet. The new Prime army launches October 15 in printable STL form.
