Shatterpoint Adds Vader and Luke to Legendary Encounters

Star Wars: Shatterpoint is pushing Legendary Encounters beyond the core box, and that is a smart move.

However, this update is not just adding famous faces. It brings two wildly different playstyles into a cinematic format. For players who love narrative matchups, this is very good table fuel.

Vader and Luke Bring Iconic Duel Energy

Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight and Darth Vader, On the Hunt are joining the Legendary Encounter format. Luke brings heroic flexibility, especially because he can choose between three different Minion Units. That gives players more customization than this format has offered before.

Meanwhile, Vader arrives with elite Stormtroopers and a much heavier battlefield presence. He sounds like a slow, terrifying pressure piece, which fits him perfectly. Both legends use existing miniatures from prior squad packs, which is convenient. Overall, this update gives Shatterpoint more saga flavor without needing a huge new release.
