Space is already bad. The 41st Millennium makes it worse. So, it tracks that the Aeldari answer is not caution, but swagger.
Prince Yriel is back, and he is returning like a legend should. Meanwhile, he is not showing up alone, which is the real spice here.
This is one of those releases that screams fast, sharp, and mean. Also, it finally feeds Corsair fans with fresh toys. So, if you love hit and run raids, this box is basically your mission statement.
Prince Yriel Returns With Proper Corsair Vibes
Prince Yriel comes back to fight for his Craftworld, and he looks the part. He is carrying the Spear of Twilight, and he is dripped out in all the finery of his station. You still get his signature pair of back banners too, so he reads as Yriel from across the table.
However, there is a fun quality of life touch. He has a helmeted option this time. That means you can keep his focus on piracy, and not on listening to loudmouth rivals.
Skyreavers and Kharseth Make the Raiders Feel Like a Real Strike Force
The big new unit debut is the Corsair Skyreavers. They are graceful, winged jump pack shock troops for Anhrathe crews, and they are built to delete things up close. They go in with corsair blades, and they also bring multiple special weapon options, which is where the list building fun starts.
You get ten in the box, and you can run them as two fives or a full ten. Also, there is a massive spread of heads, so your squad can look properly ragtag and unique. The Felarch has a whole menu too, since they can take a shuriken pistol, fusion pistol, neuro disruptor, or a raiding hook. On top of that, some Skyreavers can pack heavier punch with options like shredder, blaster, fusion gun, and flamer. So, they can flex between anti infantry chaos and scarier target hunting.
Then you have Kharseth the Aethyrmancer, a Void Dreamer, which is a very Aeldari kind of problem solver. Void Dreamers are psykers tuned to the Warp’s shifting currents, and they guide fleets through nasty empyrean routes that would cook lesser navigators. On the battlefield, that void control becomes freezing blasts that rip life away, and the text paints it as exposing victims to the lethal energies of the long dark. So, he is not just a wizard. He is basically a navigation ghost who weaponised space itself.
A Brand New Vyper and the Starfang Twist
The Vyper finally gets a fresh new kit, and that is the sleeper headline for a lot of players. It has swooping curves that match modern Aeldari aircraft and jetbike aesthetics, so it no longer feels like it wandered in from an older era. The gun pod is redesigned too, and it can sit raised to shoot forward or lowered facing back to keep the silhouette sleek. That is both cool modelling and practical posing.
Corsair assaults are framed as lightning fast strikes that slam one target and then vanish with the loot. Because of that, the Vyper fits perfectly, since it hauls heavy firepower while keeping pace. You can run it in a standard Craftworld style, or you can lean into the Corsair identity with personalised Starfangs that mount nasty Drukhari weapons. That detail alone is going to start arguments in group chats, and I mean that lovingly.
Summary
In this single reveal, we get Prince Yriel back with a new miniature and a helmet option, plus an Eldritch Raiders battleforce that debuts Corsair Skyreavers as jump pack shock troops with loads of head and weapon options, introduces Kharseth the Void Dreamer as a Warp savvy psyker who turns void control into freezing death, and finally delivers a brand new Vyper kit with modern Aeldari lines and a flexible gun pod that can also be run as a Corsair Starfang with Drukhari weapons, while also packing in 10 existing Corsair Voidscarred for ground firepower and two Craftworld transfer sheets with 378 decals each. And since Huron Blackheart’s Red Corsairs are also stirring up trouble, the timing feels perfect for a proper pirate season in the galaxy, so it is probably time to start planning your raids now.
