Here are guidelines for the awesome new list uploader the fine gentlemen over at BCP have made for the community! Here’s the document for you to use as your list basis, and below is a great video explaining how to use it!
Your list must be uploaded for the LVO 40,000 Championships no later than 7:00pm PST, Friday the 25th of January, 2019 through the Best Coast Pairings app. No new rules materials will be allowed into the event that are released on or after January 8th, 2019.
The AoS Champs also has a soft deadline of the 25th to get that list uploaded.
For the 40k Friendly, you want to get your list to Thomas, your TO, by the 25th also for approval. You can ask questions in the LVO 40k Friendly FB group.
The deadline to submit ITC Scores for this season is 11:59PM EST on Monday February 4th, 2019. Events after this point will not count for scores in the 2018 ITC season.

I bought tickets for AoS tournament and 40k doubles, and I have received an e-mail about AoS tournament list submission. However, I have yet to receive one for the doubles. Where do I find the link for that one?

The power level shorthand “pl” has inconsistent casing between the requirements and the example, text. Should “pl” be all upper case or lower case?
Between brackets, there are inconsistent white spaces. Should we include leading and trailing white spaces for brackets or not?
How do we list units that are “squadrons” like Helvrins?
For relics that are an upgrade for a normal piece of war gear do we list both or just the relic?
How do I denote my detachments as Slaanesh Daemons? As it isn’t really a “Chapter Tactic” but it is a sub-faction.
Are the new lines (empty lines) required? It isn’t clear from the requirements.
With regards to relics, my understanding is that relics are not fixed between games (just as psychic powers, etc, are not either) and thus don’t need to be included on your list. So you would have the “normal” piece of wargear listed there, and if you selected a relic to replace it that would be part of your pre-game choices.
Denoting a Daemons detachment as having the Slaaneshi allegiance would presumably be the same as picking any other subfaction allegiance. It uses the same mechanic as the others, even if the effects are slightly different.
Do you need to mark death visions stratagem for blood angels on your list or is that done before the game started when picking relics and warlord traits? thanks
