Hey I’d love to use your studio, what steps are taken to transport the commission safely to the client? I’m especially concerned about ordering a model like this one and having it show up slightly warped due to the temperatures during the travel.
We ship delicate models every day and very rarely is there an issue. Also, for masterclass projects we stress to the client to get insurance on the shipment just in case.
But we pack the models securely in bubble wrap, foam, etc. whatever is most appropriate for that project to ensure it gets to the client safe and sound.
