Tactics:
It has the firepower of a gun line, but the death riders and melta chimeras give some objective secured mobility and counter offense that I’ve found really valuable. Having artillery divided between the orders of the Death Korps and Guard is very powerful, as ignores cover on medusas or twin linked on your basilisks when they shoot at knights is fantastic. The recent addition has been Volkov’s Cane, my artillery having the equivalent of leadership 11 for orders sounds hilarious, but I had to drop 2 flamers from the platoon command squad in the Vendetta to get it.
