  1. hahahahahaha what a dickish list!

honestly, it was a nice idea to showcase an army but with the 2300 point level and the crazy CAD lists, this BatRep wasn’t interesting to watch… it just didn’t seem fun nor did it show anything that could be taken away into my own games.

Keep up the good work though guys. FLG has surpassed BoLS in high-end 40k content. THANKS

    1. Josh was running the Tyrannic War Veterans formation, where you take Cassius, 1 unit of Tyrannic War vets, and 1-6 stormtalons. It lets you infiltrate the talons on the table to start the game. It’s a pretty darn good formation.

  2. I don’t think it’s entirely unwarrented hate though. Much as I love FLG, taking a super-cheesey formation in a batrep that’s intended to be a showcase for some beautifully painted models, then also making a completely illegal move and putting a bastion on top of an objective, isn’t exactly going to be endearing to anyone. That said, at least a lot of people no know to look out for that ‘talon formation!

  3. I appreciate the effort to make the video, but these are the kinds of games that drive people AWAY from the game. It would be one thing if this was billed as a video specifically to show off something silly or OTT, but this as they said, it was about showing off a beautiful army and then displaying how worthless it is on the table top. Not exactly good advertising.
