Announcement: Orders and Signals Will be Late

Hey everyone, just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Signals will be late, we’ll post it Sunday. We were busy getting all the orders packed up for the Chaos release.

Speaking of which, those are hitting the mail today. We didn’t get them early enough in the day yesterday to get them out the same day. So expect your packages to be heading to you today. Thanks for the business, everyone!

Lastly, with Will gone (who formerly handled all of our shipping and receiving), we’re transitioning to new personal handling those duties. If you have any outstanding orders with us that you are waiting on, please email or call and we’ll make sure that your order has been sorted out and you get it expediently.

Thanks and happy gaming!

  1. Thanks for the heads-up. It’s refreshing to hear from a business owner on what to expect. Good luck adjusting to life without Will. I know that in business it’s hard to replace a team member, especially one so integral to the company.

Also, just heard your Imperial Vox Cast interview and think there were some great points made about the tournament scene and such. Thanks for everything and have a great weekend!

    1. Thanks! And I feel that open communication helps to avoid a lot of issues.

Glad you liked the podcast, it was good to discuss some of the pertinent issues that people are interested right now.
