40K Apocalypse!

Our first monthly Apoc game was a big hit! The format was great, we got through a roughly 14,000 point game (per side) in only 4 hours and we played 6 turns! Check out the video for the details.

  1. This was a BLAST quite honestly one fo the most fun games I have ever played in 40k. It was a perfect send off to 5th ed. It didn’t hurt that my side won, but mostly due to little man’s MAD warboss and Ethan’s Unkillable Necrons. Dang it felt good to be a Xeno. The Daemon distraction in the backfield prevented the Imperium from running up the field and really was the icing on the cake. Only Bummer was I didn’t know that there was a toll on the way back to Sacramento and ended up having to drive all the way out to Stockton to avoid that due to lack of Cash on hand. The Eldar Titan was Beautiful…..(although a bit Prancy, No one likes Space elves) And the Stompas Oh man they were killer!

  2. This game was SO fun, easily the most fun of a game I’ve played yet. The Titan was awesome (thanks Reece!), the people were fun to play with, and the dice made for a game to remember.

If only there had been at least ONE Apocalyptic Explosion… =( So many chances, and so many 5’s on the chart! XD GG Disorder.

  3. Say it ain’t so Farsight! We need all the Green tide help we can get! Jake is going to bring Chaos next time. Typhus may have some zombie guardsmen living it up with him.
