BAO 2012 Update

Everyone’s exhausted after a great day of 40k. Here’s the latest on what’s going on!

Janthkin lost to blackmoor, who lost an incredibly close game to christianA.

Now, after 4 rounds of play, there are only 2 players who are 4-0, christianA from team zero comp playing imperial guard, and josh dearth playing nids! We’ll see who’s in the lead after 5 games.

There are a host of 3-0-1 players still in the hunt, including goatboy, so tomorrow will be quite interesting!

The team tournament was a hit, everyone had a blast. The event was won by Janthkin and Yakface playing….Tau and Tyranids!

Second was taken by Tau and Blood Angels played by Israel and our own Raw Dogger.

The 40K narrativ event was a blast, and we heard nothing but shouts and cheers from it all day long.

Fantasy is a close battle, with 4 players still undefeated after the first day.

So far it’s been a great weekend of gaming and everyone is having a blast! W can’t wait for tomorrow to see who takes th cake in all of our events!

  1. also hope to see a whole bunch of information on this tournament in the following weeks. Sounds like a blast and hope that sunday goes just as well.

  2. Have been anxious to hear how things were going. Would love to see some battle reports from this but don’t know how viable that is with everything that’s going on.

I hope to be there next year even though I’m on the east coast.

My compliments to the organizers, it’s sounds like you all have done a great job.
