Space Pirates, Legendary Heroes GW Pre-Orders are Live!

Legendary characters return, pirates of every moral alignment raid the shelves, and multiple Combat Patrols land at once.

Meanwhile, classic Middle-earth miniatures also make a limited comeback for longtime fans. If you like fast armies, characterful leaders, and flexible entry points, this set of GW Pre-Orders are doing a lot of heavy lifting.

Legendary Characters Take Center Stage

Several named fighters headline this wave, and each fills a very specific battlefield role. The Twin Lance bring aggressive close range Tau combat into the spotlight, pairing fusion and ion technology with a playstyle that rewards pressure.

Meanwhile, Berehk Stornbröw continues the Leagues of Votann trend of brutally efficient champions. His focus on smashing Orks, vehicles, and monsters makes him a natural leader for Cthonian Beserks.

At the same time, the Tyranid Prime with Lash Whip offers a different flavor of leadership. Rather than diving from the skies, this Prime advances alongside Gaunts and Warriors, driving assaults forward through sheer pressure. As a result, it feels purpose built for players who like layered melee threats and Synapse driven aggression.

Pirates Everywhere, and They Mean Business

Corsairs are clearly the theme of the week, and both Aeldari and Chaos get their time in the void. Prince Yriel returns with a striking new miniature, blending classic Iyanden authority with pure pirate swagger.

Meanwhile, Kharseth fills the Void Dreamer role, bringing psychic control and battlefield manipulation to Corsair forces.

Supporting them are the Skyreavers and Voidreavers, which together form a fast, flexible core. These kits lean hard into customization, so no two pirate crews need to look alike.

Additionally, the refreshed Vyper kit updates a classic design while also enabling the Corsair Starfang variant, which opens new tactical options for raiding forces.

On the darker side, the Red Corsairs arrive in force. A customizable Reave Captain leads Raiders supported by upgrade sprues, transfers, and faction dice.

Consequently, building a fully themed Red Corsairs force has never been easier or more visually coherent.

New Combat Patrols, Clear Entry Points

Four new Combat Patrols arrive together, and each is sharply focused. Aeldari Corsairs bring speed and mobility with transports and airborne troops.

Red Corsairs lean into aggression with Raiders, a Rhino, and Fellgor Ravagers.

Night Lords emphasize terror, elite infantry, and timed strikes.

Meanwhile, the Kroot Patrol delivers a savage hunting force built around Krootox and skirmishing pressure.

Importantly, each box offers savings and free downloadable rules. As a result, these feel like genuine entry points rather than filler bundles.
