We have seen loads of great Terminators this year. Additionally, Wolf Guard and Saturnine suits stole plenty of spotlight.
You can even vote in the Miniatures of the Year 2025 poll. However, 2026 is still bringing more Tactical Dreadnought armour. Therefore, the Siege Assault Battle Group is marching in early.
Siege Assault Battle Group and What’s in the Box
Throughout the Horus Heresy, Legions had to crack fortifications built by former brothers. Therefore, this battle group is built for bunker busting and rubble fighting. It packs 23 miniatures focused on siege work.
Most importantly, it is the first way to get the new Cataphractii Terminators. You get two squads of six. Also, Cataphractii are slow, yet they are brutally hard to stop. They have extra shield generators, so they advance like a walking wall.
One squad comes with volkite chargers and power mauls. Additionally, you can build a Sergeant with several weapon and crest options. You can also add a grenade harness, plus a reaper autocannon on one model. The other squad carries combi bolters and power fists. Moreover, you can swap in a chainfist and a heavy flamer.
You also get 10 Breachers built from MkIII Legionaries plus a new upgrade frame. Additionally, the frame supports shields, heads, sergeant heads, and special kit like a breacher charge. It also includes options like a lascutter, graviton gun, bolters, and arms to fit.
Finally, a Leviathan Siege Dreadnought anchors the box. It brings a siege claw and siege drill for tearing down walls and armor. Additionally, the box includes three Legion infantry transfer sheets with 618 decals each. It also includes a Dreadnought sheet with 528 decals.
The box is available while stocks last. However, Breachers and Cataphractii will release separately later. Also, the box is delayed in Australia and New Zealand.
Made to Order Terrain and Store Miniatures
A Made to Order terrain wave goes live on December 25. You can choose items like a Generatorum Hub, gantries, reactors, and batteries. Additionally, there are servohaulers and scatter terrain for boards and display plinths. The ordering window runs until January 12, 2026 at 8:00am GMT. However, production and shipping can take up to 180 days.
On Boxing Day, December 26, two event minis hit Warhammer stores. They are The Steel Rook and The Hunter Strikes. They are while stocks last in store. However, they will also go online January 17. Additionally, that online date is later than previously advertised. It is also becoming Made to Order. If you order by January 26 at 8:00am GMT, you will definitely get one.
Gaunt’s Ghosts Print on Demand and Warhammer+ Next Week
Gaunt and the Tanith are also getting fresh love in hardback. Four novels are Print on Demand: Blood Pact, Salvation’s Reach, The Warmaster, and Anarch. They are sold individually. Additionally, orders run from Saturday December 27 to Monday January 12 at 8:00am. However, delivery can take up to 120 days.
Warhammer+ also has three new episodes next week. On Scribes and Scriveners, Alex continues his chat with John French. Additionally, they discuss writing the Cado Ezechiar series and building that character. On Armies of Renown, Ed spotlights Rich’s Cities of Sigmar army. Meanwhile, Rich traces it from HeroQuest to Fantasy Battle to modern Age of Sigmar. Finally, Battle Report features Gotrek and Fyreslayers versus Gordrakk and Ironjawz. Therefore, expect a properly savage brawl.
