Who Urak Taar Is

He claims he stood in Ur-Zorn beside the Bullfather, ripping daemonsmith secrets from Chaos. Therefore he treats other Helsmiths like apprentices and the realms like ore.
WarCom frames him as one of the oldest mortals still breathing. However, the article kicks out edge cases. The slann predate the realms, so they fail the technical test. Moreover, Draconith royalty are semi divine, and Kragnos ascended, so they are excluded. Even Gotrek gets benched by the footnote.
