Hood – The Dual-Natured Enforcer
- Hood remains unchanged, bringing his dynamic transformation between Normal and Possessed forms.
- Gains powerful offensive and defensive abilities in Possessed form.
- Vulnerable to Mystic attacks, which revert him to Normal form.
- Includes the unchanged Hood’s Gang Team Tactic Card, enabling attack rerolls under the right conditions.
Bullseye – From Underdog to Fan Favorite
- Once considered the weakest character, Bullseye’s 2021 rework completely revitalized his playstyle:
- Mystic Defense and Stamina slightly reduced for balance.
- Throwing Knife now generates consistent Power each attack, activating his full kit.
- Threat Value reduced from 3 to 2, making him one of the most flexible characters in the game.
- Range of Throwing Knife slightly reduced from 4 to 3; compensated by his Hit and Run and Parting Shot Superpowers to maintain safety.
- Includes his highly effective Cruelty Team Tactic Card, which offers an extra Reactive attack after an ally damages an enemy.
