New Campaign Mode Hits Star Wars: Shatterpoint!

The latest update to Key Operations introduces Campaign mode—a narrative-driven way to experience Star Wars: Shatterpoint like never before. Here’s what you need to know:

🧩 What Is Campaign Mode?

  • Campaigns are played as a series of linked Key Operations that tell an evolving story.
  • Each Campaign includes:
    • 3 Campaign Operations
    • 1 Last Chance Operation

⚔️ How Does It Work?

  • Players alternate through Campaign Operations.
  • If the Aggressor is defeated, the next match is a Last Chance Mission—their shot at a comeback.
  • Victory conditions:
    • If the Aggressor wins the 3rd Campaign Operation, they win the Campaign.
    • If the Sentinel defeats the Aggressor twice, the Sentinel wins.

🔄 New: Campaign Progression!

  • Players choose:
    • An Advantage Pack
    • A Veteran Unit
  • These create ongoing progression and customization throughout the Campaign.
  • After the first mission, you’ll unlock new Advantages for your Veteran Unit to use in future battles.

🧠 Strategic Depth with Advantage Packs

  • Each side has a unique pack (more to come in future releases!):
    • Vendetta (Aggressor): Gives powerful bonuses when targeting a specific rival but makes the unit less effective against others.
    • Special Surprise (Sentinel): Keeps the Aggressor guessing—often with explosive results!

📖 Why Play Campaign?

  • Adds storytelling and narrative weight to your Shatterpoint matches.
  • Offers escalating drama, turning each game into a piece of a larger arc.
  • Encourages custom strategies, memorable moments, and player-driven stories.

Ready to forge your own legacy in the galaxy? Try Campaign mode and let your saga unfold!
