Raise the Barrows or Defend Ulthan With This Week’s Pre-Orders!

If you’ve been waiting for something grim, regal, and very, very dead—this is your week.

.

The new Deathrattle Army Set marks the full return of the ancient Barrow Kingdoms in Age of Sigmar. These undead legions are led by a Wight King on Skeletal Steed (who can also be built as a Wight Lord) and backed by five elite Barrow Knights and twenty stoic Barrow Guard. It’s a great starting force or expansion for Soulblight Gravelords players.

The set also includes a special edition Battletome: Soulblight Gravelords, featuring all the lore and rules you’d expect, plus a chunky pack of warscroll cards—which cover units, factions, and a new Tomb Host Spearhead formation. For anyone curious about the more stoic side of Death (as opposed to vampires and ghouls), this box delivers a sharp, skeleton-led playstyle with real personality.

High Elf Reinforcements for the Old World

The High Elves have been a long-time favorite, and now they’re stepping back into the spotlight with a wave of returning kits for Warhammer: The Old World. We’re talking about the full spectrum of Ulthuan’s finest: nobles on horseback or foot (with a battle standard), Lothern Sea Guard armed with bows and spears, and the famously unflinching Phoenix Guard who can see into the future and hit like a truck.

Also returning are the Sisters of Avelorn, who can alternatively be built as Shadow Warriors—great if you’re building a Nagarythe-themed force.

And let’s not forget the big birds: the Flamespyre and Frostheart Phoenix kit returns with options for a mounted Lord or footslogging hero. These kits might be familiar to longtime collectors, but they still hold up beautifully for tabletop and hobby projects alike.

.

With classic kits returning, new undead factions rising, and Chaos bursting from every narrative crack, it’s a huge week for Warhammer fans of all stripes. Whether you’re deep into the Old World, assembling a Gravelords force, or just here for the villainy, there’s something fresh to sink your teeth into.
