More Shows Announced for Warhammer+

Hey, Warhammer fans! If you’re like me, still buzzing from the Hammer and Bolter episode The Tithes, you’re probably wondering what’s next on Warhammer TV. Well, buckle up because there’s a lot to be excited about in the coming months! Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on the horizon for Warhammer’s animated series, and trust me, it’s looking epic.

Return to Cadia (Hammer and Bolter)

First up, we’ve got Return to Cadia, which is set to drop soon as part of the Hammer and Bolter anthology series. This one’s a standalone, but what makes it really special is that it’s fully rendered in 3D—think the same high-quality style we saw in The Tithes. If you love those gritty, dark sci-fi vibes, this is going to be right up your alley.

The story follows a group of Guardsmen pilgrims making their way to a Shrine of Martyrs, a tribute to those who fell in the last great battle of Cadia (RIP, Cadia). But of course, it’s Warhammer, so things quickly go off the rails, and they’re probably not just stopping for some peaceful prayers. One look at the grim veteran in the promo shot, and you know things are going to get tense. Expect a mix of horror and action here—just the way we like it in the grimdark universe.

Blacktalon Season 2 (Age of Sigmar)

Age of Sigmar fans, don’t worry—you’re not left out! Blacktalon is coming back in 2025 with a brand-new season. If you watched the first season, you’ll remember that Neave Blacktalon was left with a lot of personal mysteries to unravel, and while she’s dealing with her own inner struggles, there’s no time to sit around. Sigmar’s finest are back in action, reforged and ready to take on Chaos once again.

The season kicks off in Hammerhal, one of the biggest cities in the Mortal Realms, and let me tell you, this is going to be one heck of a chase. The Blacktalons are tracking a shadowy agent of Chaos through the sprawling streets, so expect plenty of intense, fast-paced urban warfare. If you’re itching for more Sigmar goodness, now’s the time to rewatch season one on Warhammer+ to get hyped!

Kill Lupercal (Horus Heresy)

Now here’s a huge one for the lore nerds and Heresy enthusiasts: Kill Lupercal, the first-ever Warhammer animated series set during the Horus Heresy! This show focuses on the Princeps of one of the last loyalist Titans during the final stages of the Siege of Terra. If you’re familiar with the Horus Heresy, you know this is going to be a brutal, climactic series—just imagine the titanic battles we’re going to see.

The loyal Titans are about to make their final stand against Horus’s traitor forces, and it’s going to be explosive. The stakes couldn’t be higher, with god-machines going down in flames, giving everything they’ve got to defend Terra. And if the series title didn’t make it obvious, someone’s going after Horus’s favorite—Lupercal himself. We’ve got a short clip out already, and it looks absolutely apocalyptic.
