Alright, Warhammer 40K fans, let’s break down what’s coming next in the 41st Millennium. The Blood Angels and Imperial Agents have been busy purging the remnants of the Genestealer Cults that were causing havoc earlier in the summer, and now that the last of those sneaky xenos are gone, it’s time to dive into what’s next.
Astra Militarum Mobilizes
First up, the Astra Militarum are gearing up for action right after the Codex Supplement: Blood Angels drops in the next few weeks. And here’s the exciting part—Death Korps of Krieg are getting some serious reinforcements. They’re not just sticking to Kill Teams anymore; they’re going full-on meat-grinder army mode with new plastic kits. This is huge for Krieg fans because it means you can now field a full army of these grim soldiers on the tabletop, complete with all the gritty, trench-warfare vibes they’re famous for.
Aeldari Ascend
But it’s not just the Astra Militarum getting new toys. The Aeldari are swooping in next with some fresh additions to their ranks. Details are still under wraps, but if you’re a fan of these ancient and enigmatic space elves, you’ll want to keep an eye out for these releases.
Imperial Knights Ready for Battle
As if that wasn’t enough, the Imperial Knights are also gearing up to stride onto the battlefield. With the Imperium facing threats from all sides, it’s only fitting that these towering war machines are coming to bring the pain to any xenos foolish enough to stand in their way. Whether you’re a Knight player or just love seeing these massive engines of war in action, this is going to be epic.
Chaos on the Horizon?
Lastly, there’s been some intriguing chatter from the Astropathic Choir about something big on the horizon for the forces of Chaos. While details are scarce, and the Choir’s been told to keep their ears shut to those tempting whispers, it’s safe to say that Chaos players might have something wicked to look forward to.
Final Thoughts
In summary, the next few months are shaping up to be incredible for Warhammer 40K players, with major updates for the Astra Militarum, Aeldari, and Imperial Knights. Plus, there’s that tantalizing hint of Chaos lurking in the background. Whether you’re ready to muster the ranks of Krieg, join the Aeldari, or pilot a towering Knight, there’s plenty to get excited about in the grim darkness of the far future!

Except stand-alone edition of Blood Angels Codex Supplement won’t be released until december according to the “roadmap” – and the codices for Astra Militarum, Aeldari, and Imperial Knights will be released in Spring 2025 followed by Grey Knights Codex later that year.
Sadly 40K is on halt in autumn 2024 due to low manufacturing capacity, Age of Sigmar 4th ed. & Kill Team 4th ed. and upcoming british resin tax.
