Hey, fellow Warhammer enthusiasts! Get ready for an epic showdown because the Mortal Realms are getting rocked by Vermindoom! The Horned Rat is making moves to join the Chaos pantheon, and Blight City is spilling into Aqshy with a nasty green warpstone glow. Skaven are swarming through gnawholes, wreaking havoc everywhere, and even the mighty Stormcast Eternals are struggling to hold their ground.
The Battle for Hel Crown
One critical battleground in this chaos is Hel Crown, a fortress-city that’s a recent win for Sigmar’s forces. It used to be a Khorne worshipper stronghold, with a realmgate to the Realm of Chaos, now closed permanently. Hel Crown is now right on the front lines, close to the erupted Blight City, making it a key strategic location.
If the Stormcast can hold Hel Crown, they can launch attacks deep into Skaven territory from its defensible seaport structures. But the Skaven aren’t making it easy – they’ve fortified the area with warpstone mines, Jezzail sniper posts, and hidden monster pens full of Moulder’s twisted experiments.

You’ll be able to jump into the Battle for Hel Crown after the Skaventide box drops. Each box comes with a leaflet and a QR code that lets you log your battle results online. The side with the most logged victories will be declared the winner, and we’ll get a full reveal of upcoming releases for the victorious faction.
