The Frontline Gaming Rocky Mountain Open 2024 is just a few days away! This second Rocky Mountain Open is going to be epic and really has grown due to the supportive local community leaders! Please read below to find out about check in, food, and all the basics.
Registration/Check In:
Before arrival to the Rocky Mountain Open, please make sure you have your ticket receipt (digital QR code or just a printout please), so you can quickly get the correlating swag for the various events you are participating in and any items that are included in packages you may have purchased.
***Special note for events using BCP***
If you are playing in the 40K Champs or AoS Champs, please make sure to check in on the BCP app up to 24 hours before the event. You should have gotten a token emailed to you that allows you to register for the event in BCP. Once registered in BCP and on the event’s roster, you can then upload your list. IMPORTANT: You should be checked in to BCP before you enter the hall so that pairing can go live ASAP and we can begin round 1 on time. Make sure to hit the “Check In” button on the app within 24 hours of the first round beginning.
A SUPER SPECIAL THANK YOU:
All of us at Frontline Gaming want to thank those of you who have volunteered to help setup, strike and act as judges at our events! None of the events would be possible without you but this is especially true at the RMO which has completely become a beloved FLG event thanks to the amazing local community! The Denver 40K Fight Club and the Star Wars 5280 Legion have been the driving force and if you see members of their clubs, buy them a drink or thank them for everything they do!
The FLG App:
Yes. We too have an app! It was launched at LVO and will be a used at all our event to help make things easier for the attendees. It has already been updated for the RMO.
This feature-rich app provides comprehensive access to essential event information, including items like schedules, player packs, and will eventually have things like judge paging and maps. Stay seamlessly connected with real-time updates, ensuring you’re in the know about last-minute changes and exclusive announcements. ***Please note this app is currently only available to the USA at this time. If you have trouble downloading the mobile app, you can access the browser based app by clicking the Mobile Browser App button.
Location:
This event takes place at the Adams County Fairgrounds (9755 Henderson Rd Bldg. 1, Brighton, CO 80601) located within the Riverdale Regional Park. Registration along with 40K and AoS is in the Exhibit Hall. Star Wars: Legion, Star Wars: Shatterpoint, and MCP are in the adjacent Al Lesser building.

FLG Achievement Dice Event:
The RMO will be the one of the first events after LVO that earns you Frontline Gaming Achievement Dice that were so popular in Vegas!!!
You can unlock these special edition dice through your accomplishments during all tournaments at the event. Think of these as Boy Scout merit badges or video game “achievements,” but in the form of dice.
There are several different achievements you can do to earn these dice. Each achievement has its own bespoke die. Every time that a judge at a tournament determines that you have accomplished one of these achievements, you will earn a die for it, so you can work towards a full set.
These ultra premium dice are custom made exclusively for Frontline Gaming by Baron of Dice, the leading manufacture specializing in quality tabletop wargaming dice! The dice feature a matte finish, squared off edges, and are engraved with gold pips and logos on the “6” side. To learn more about Achievement Dice, please see HERE.
Preorders:
If you have items that came with your ticket (premium or was pre-ordered event merch, these items will need to be picked up at the front Registration Desk by 8AM on Sunday. Any items unclaimed by then will be forfeited without refund/replacement and may be sold to another person.
Schedule:
Please review your player packet for your schedule and any format or mission info you need to know:
Marvel Crisis Protocol LVO Qualifier
Assistance during the event:
Every event has their designated TOs and Judges, many of whom will be wearing yellow FLG tees. They are knowledgeable and ready to help however they can, but they all know how to reach FLG Admin if necessary.
Anyone in a black FLG Staff Tee, works directly for FLG and can assist you as well.
When in doubt, please head to the front registration desk.
As 40K has gotten very large, we are proud to now roll our the 40K Judge Paging system that we tested in SoCal and fully launched at LVO last month. This system allows you, via QR code created text message, to easily page a judge to your table if needed during a game. There will be cards on the 40K tables with a QR code you can use to page a judge.
We have two dedicated Denver Locals and their respective clubs that are Frontline Gaming’s regional community coordinators and are helping to lead this event. They are both amazing ambassadors and are more than willing to assist people with recommendations for the surrounding area. Please feel free to reach out to:
Brandon Roddy , of Denver Fight Club: RowdyRoddyPainting@gmail.com
