BAY AREA OPEN 2024 Registration is now open!

Come and join us for the event that started it all here at Frontline Gaming, the Bay Area Open! The BAO is the longest running FLG event and is fully part of Kublacon for 2024!!!! Please read on to see how to get your tickets and plus learn about all the epic swag INCLUDED with each and every ticket!

This two day event will take place over May 25-26th, 2024 in the primary meeting space of the Crowne Plaza SFO (located at 1177 Airport Blvd, Burlingame, CA 94010 – just outside the the San Francisco airport). For those flying in, there is a free shuttle to and from the airport.

For 2024, the BAO will be attached to Kublacon and each ticket for a BAO 2024 tournament includes a 4 day Kublacon Convention Badge (valued at $90) if your ticket is purchased by May 10th.

***IMPORTANT NOTE for 2024 ***

Sadly due to the restricted space that we have for this transitional year that Kublacon is going through(as they prepare for serious growth in the near future), we are unable to host an Age of Sigmar, Song of Ice and Fire, Star Wars Legion, or Marvel Crisis Protocol tournaments at BAO 2024 unless they were significantly smaller in size than what Frontline Gaming attendees are used to. Upon discussing with the regional community organizers, we felt it was best to not run tiny tournaments at BAO for these games and instead support regional events that are able to expand and support a larger number of players. We apologize that we cannot accommodate all game systems this year, but we do hope to bring all game systems back for BAO 2025.

Refund policy:

• All tickets are digital. You will not receive physical tickets. For the BAO 2024 event (for which registration will open in March, 2024), all purchases are refundable until April 24, 2024, after which no tickets will be refunded. There are no exceptions to this policy unless specified otherwise in an event ticket description. Tickets may be transferred to another party up until May 17, 2024.
• In the instance the event is canceled due to an act of God, force majeure or forces outside of our control such as severe weather conditions, customers may donate their ticket revenue to the event to help offset the significant financial burden the event faces in the event of a cancellation (with our sincere gratitude), ask for a refund which will be issued even if the cancellation occurs after April 24, 2024,  apply their ticket value as credit for the BAO 2025, or to use as credit in the Frontline Gaming web-cart.
• In the instance the event is forced to cancel, refunds may take up to 90 days to process.
• All ticket refunds are subject to a 15% service fee.
• All items included with the Premium Ticket and as well as preordered must be picked up during the event by 8AM on Sunday. Items will not be shipped. Items not claimed by 8AM on Sunday will be resold to anyone interested and the original purchase will not be refunded. 
• Frontline Gaming reserves the right to refuse business at our sole discretion. 
• Media Release: This Frontline Gaming  as are all  Frontline Gaming events, is filled with many memorable memories. We try to preserve the event by taking photos/videos/livestream of you while playing your game or conversing with friends.  By attending this Frontline Gaming event you agree to have your photograph taken by one of our staff members (or a Frontline Gaming pre-approved 3rd party) and to be shared on our various media platforms.  At any time before or during the event, if you wish to have your photo not taken, please send an email to Events@frontlinegaming.org Please note that  during the final round of the 40K Champs event, the top table may be streamed.
