Age of Sigmar: Christmas Boxes Announced!

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s that time of year again when Games Workshop unveils the epic army boxes for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. These things are like treasure chests for hobbyists, and they’re back with a bang! Let’s dive right in and explore the goodies in these four glorious boxes.

First up, we’ve got the Primordial Starhost. This one’s all about unleashing a reptilian onslaught. Led by a Slann Starmaster who’s basically the brains behind the operation, you’ll find a mix of hard-hitting Saurus Warriors, nimble skinks, Kroxigor that can double as Kroxigor Warspawned, and Aggradon Lancers. Plus, the Hunters of Huanchi are a sneaky warband of chameleon skinks, shooting poison darts and siccing terrawings on your foes. It’s like Jurassic Park meets Sigmar!

Now, let’s talk Praetorian Spearhead. These are the Ossiarch Bonereapers, Nagash’s collectors of bones. Under the command of Arch-Kavalos Zandtos (or his standard Liege-Kavalos form if you prefer), you get Kavalos Deathriders, a horde of Mortek Guard, a gigantic Gothizzar Harvester, and Morghast Archai that can also be Morghast Harbingers. It’s like an undead legion on a mission to clean up the realm.

Here comes the Warhorde of Eternus. Picture Archaon ruling the Slaves to Darkness with an iron grip, but sneaky Be’lakor’s in the mix. Eternus, Blade of the First Prince, leads an army of Ogroid Theridons, Chaos Knights, Chaos Chosen, and Chaos Warriors. But here’s the twist – you can also build Eternus as a Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount. Talk about a plot twist in the making!

Last but not least, the Vengorian Court is straight out of a horror flick. It’s all about gory vampires leading the charge. You’ve got Blood Knights, Deathrattle Skeletons, Dire Wolves, Fell Bats, and the Vengorian Lord (who can double as the terrifying Lauka Vai, Mother of Nightmares). It’s like a Dracula-themed party with some serious bite.

Get your wallets ready because all four of these Battleforce boxes are about to hit the pre-order phase. Make sure you’ve got enough spray primer cans to get your troops battle-ready. And hey, there are six more Battleforces for Warhammer 40,000 to be unveiled soon, so stay tuned for more gaming goodness!
