We got a cool look at one of the new warbands coming to Underworlds in a few weeks. Domitan’s Stormcoven (as the name suggests) is a group of all-spell caster Stormcast who will be facing down the agents of Tzeentch.
Underworlds is working on boosting the power of its spellcasters and this warband reflects that.
This warband is unique in the way that it inspires. You can chain inspiration but you only have one model inspired at a time which means you need to be careful in how you structure your turn. The commitment to spells also extends to their decks.
The warband’s victory cards are also pretty easy to achieve, although the highlighted ones are of pretty low value.
Overall I think this warband is pretty decent and they will be in a good spot to take advantage of the spell caster rivals deck. I am curious to see how they will compare to their enemies in the core box!
