Happy Thursday everyone! In today’s article on Warhammer Community we got to see some new models as well as some snippets from the upcoming Cthonia campaign book!
To kick things off we get a neat look at the Legiones Decurion
These are special tank commanders that you can upgrade predators, Sicarans, Sicaran Punishers, and Kratos tanks. They also come in cool traitor flavor.
This upgrade gives you access to a special reaction which allows you to fire double the normal amount of shots from a pintle mount when charged!
In the campaign book both factions get their own unique Decurion miniatures: the Decurion Lanius for the SoH and the Decurion Sagittar for the Fists. The Fists upgrade allows them a limited ability to split fire with Skyfire or precision shots.
Vehicles are still a little fragile in Horus Heresy but these upgrades make them quote potent. The Point Defense reaction is useful in making your opponent think twice about charging, especially if you have an assault cannon!
