The first half of the major Chaos wave, the Blades of Khorne get their long-awaited update. It’s always nice to see the Skullcrushers being represented and they look to for a key part of the vanguard box set.

This is the release I am keenly awaiting as I have just started a Slaanesh army. It’s intriguing to see that the Vanguard box doesn’t have any Slaanesh daemons in it which is a little odd. The units it does include are very useful though, so it still seems like a good deal. I am hoping to take my Slaanesh army to the NOVA open so I am very excited to crack open the book and see what combinations exist! More than anything though, I am hoping we finally get a restock on Fiends of Slaanesh models!
Contemptor Dreadnought Torso Upgrades
Not to be outdone, we are also getting the first wave of Contemptor torsos for the Horus Heresy. These are updates copied from the old Forge world kits and a great way to build continuity across your forces.
