The Rhino, aka Aleksei Sytsevich, was a thug for the Russian Mafia but had a crazy Rhino themed suit permanently grafted to him granting him amazing strength among other powers. He comes in at 4 threat (points) which makes him a bit pricey (3 threat being the baseline for you non MCP players). He can deal a ton of damage with his charge, building up power as he goes which is pretty cool!
