- Let’s chat about settling into 9th ed 40k! Players around the world are starting to get enough reps in to form a decent opinion of how the game will play.
- The initial idea that simply taking lots of bodies to win missions is already being debunked fairly quickly.
- The notion that going first=winning is still prevalent but the play-testers still hold to the idea that going second often has a big scoring advantage as you get to shoot your opponent off of the objectives every turn and know exactly what you need to do to outscore them.
- Many players are pegging Salamanders as an early favorite with some of the new rules in place and the very popular new Erradicators.
