Re: Teclis, you can’t get him to a 2+ save. The Ethereal Blessing spell doesn’t benefit from the aetherquartz reserve Heightened Reflexes, because the +1 save is a modifier, and Ethereal Blessing, like all ethereal in the game, ignores both positive and negative modifiers.
Some options for improving Teclis’ save:
– Protection of Teclis spell, or Protection of Hysh spell, for 5+ ‘feel no pain.’
– Ethereal Blessing spell for 4+ unmodifiable save.
– Heightened Reflexes for 3+ modifiable save (doesn’t pair with Ethereal Blessing).
– Mystic Shield for RR 1’s save, which can be paired with either Ethereal Blessing or Heightened Reflexes.
– Activating Chronomantic Cogs with him for RR’ing his failed saves (note that rend affects this, since RRs happen before modifiers (“failed saves” instead of “saves”), so e.g., if he’s saving on a 4+ but he’s hit with -1 rend, you can’t RR any rolls of “4”).

Oh, and Teclis’ base is too large to fit within the Sanctum of Amyntok. He can’t use it. When he’s released, I expect he’ll have a 160mm base, the same size as Alarielle, Archaon et al.
