NEW REVEALS: Chaos, Sororitas Tanks and More

Holy cow, these look amazing! From the Warhammer-community page.

Blood & Glory is held each year in Derby, UK and has grown over the years into a must-attend tournament for fans of Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar and beyond, making it the perfect place for our last Warhammer Preview of the year – and some stunning reveals. Read on for new models, top teases and more…

In the Eightpoints, something scary is coming. Yes, even scarier than wearing your face as a belt.

Behold, the latest monsters to join the fight in Warcry! If you’re looking to upgrade your warband, you can’t go wrong with this pair of brutal beasties. The Ogroid Myrmidon, for instance, replaces the spellcasting of his little blue brother with sheer savage strength and should look right at home leading your Iron Golem, Untamed Beasts, or any other warband you fancy, to victory.

Looking for something a little more subtle? The Mindstealer Sphiranx is just as sinister as its name suggests, disabling enemies with strange hypnotic powers. Heck, take two – the kit gives you two equally elegant heads to choose from.

These monstrosities will be joining the battle for the Eightpoints in 2020, alongside the already revealed Fomoroid Crusher.

What’s more, all of them will have points and warscrolls for using in your Slaves to Darkness army! It’s a good time to be bad.

Blood & Glory has long been a stronghold of Warhammer Age of Sigmar in the UK, from the game’s earliest beginnings to some of its biggest tournaments ever. It’s only fitting that we should have some appropriately awesome Warhammer Age of Sigmar reveals – starting with a battletome that brings one of Warhammer’s most iconic factions fully into the Mortal Realms…

You answered Archaon’s call in Warcry. You started your journey on the Path to Glory. Now, it’s time to conquer the Mortal Realms with the Slaves to Darkness – the iron-shod, barbaric followers of Chaos Undivided and Archaon himself.

To help you kick off your endless conquest of the Mortal Realms, we’re bringing out a new Start Collecting! set, filled with fresh takes on classic Chaos units.

First up, new Chaos Warriors! As old as Warhammer itself, Chaos Warriors have inspired countless hobbyists to start wargaming. We’ve not messed with their iconic aesthetic, instead giving them some dynamic new poses that’ll look right at home on the front lines of your Chaos army.

Meanwhile, darkly magnificent Chaos Knights are every bit the elite champions of the Ruinous Powers you’d expect them to be.

Lastly, we’ve got a monster-mounted (and massive) Chaos Lord. This huge model (seriously, he’s big) is a dark mirror to the Lord Celestant on Dracoth and a truly terrifying combatant, ideal for spearheading your assaults on the pathetic kingdoms of the Storm God…

Each of these new models will fit in perfectly to your Chaos collection, whether you’re just starting out or bolstering a mighty legion. And, to cap it all off, they can all be used in your Tzeentch, Slaanesh, Nurgle and Khorne armies, too! You’ll find they’re at their best in the all-new Slaves to Darkness battletome.

Battletome: Slaves to Darkness forges this much-loved army into a force worthy of the Age of Sigmar. The scope of this book is vast. If you’ve been collecting Warcry warbands, you’ll be able to field a diverse barbarian horde made up of tribes from across the realms.

Alternatively, you could field an elite army led by Archaon and the Everchosen – or countless other possible combinations. With sub-factions, new lore, rules and more, this book is an incredible resource for any Chaos fan.

There they are – the boys in black are back and better than ever.

In the 41st Millennium, things are getting intense. We’ve got characters new and old joining the fray, the hotly anticipated arrival of the Sisters of Battle, and of course the ongoing saga of the Psychic Awakening. With Phoenix Rising now on shelves, this epic conflict has officially begun – and we’re just getting started. The next book in the series sees us turn to the Imperium and their chaotic enemies in Faith & Fury.

This tome will see the Psychic Awakening’s effects begin to take hold in the Imperium, as the Emperor’s most faithful warriors go head to head with the Heretic Astartes. What’s more, the book will include codex supplement-tier content for the Black Templars, Night Lords, Alpha Legion, World Eaters, Emperor’s Children, Iron Warriors and Word Bearers.

Of course, a Psychic Awakening means witches – lots and lots of witches. Looks like the Adepta Sororitas will need some armoured support…

Have you ever seen such magnificent tanks? Did you think for a moment that we’d mess with the classic (and gloriously over the top) design of the Exorcist? With new plastic moulding technology, we’ve been able to give these tanks an exquisite level of detail, really underlining their place not just as weapons of war but as mobile shrines for the Adepta Sororitas.

These cruising chapels of carnage will be available next year, so keep the faith!

Don’t worry, Chaos fans – your friends in the Mortal Realms aren’t the only ones getting new toys. Check out this incredible new Chaos Sorcerer!

Combining visual touches from classic Chaos Sorcerer models with the aesthetic of the new Heretic Astartes, this malevolent mage will be the ideal leader for your forces in the battles to come.

Lastly, we’ve got a look at the next character joining the Psychic Awakening…
