I think you could get an extra command point if you made those vanguard detachments a battalion you should still have plenty of other slots available in the spearhead if you need them.

Sisters are getting their own inquisition type codex eventually? AM will win this one, Im not seeing much long range sisters unless im missing something, T3 is just too easy to wound even with heavy armor. Im rooting for them either way! (But had to vote AM on this game)
While I agree that AM have the advantage(The new codex is bonkers) the lack of long range won’t really matter, SoB will be in his face turn 1. It’ll come down to how well the sisters can whether the first turn of shooting.

How tight is the terrain? Standard ITC board or more LOS blocking?
Standard Industrial ITC set-up, so quite a bit of terrain.
Sisters in rhinos.. It will take a lot of firepower to reveal that T3 sisters.. And by then they should have already gotten in threat range. We’ll see but I think sisters got this one assuming the bulgryn don’t run wild and smash everything close
