Introducing the SoCal Open, a new event by the Frontline Gaming team who have brought you the Las Vegas Open and the Bay Area Open.

This event will feature tabletop gaming events and tournaments for the Warmachine, Hordes, Dropzone Commander and Dropfleet Commander, Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, and Horus Heresy (30k) game systems and potentially more beyond that. There will also be discounted gaming products at the event as well!

The event will occur at the beautiful Del Mar Fairgrounds in sunny San Diego county. Close to the beach and the famous race tracks, the Del Mar Fairground provide a beautiful backdrop for the event, and plenty of entertainment for non-gaming family and friends that make the trip with you.

We anticipate this event will fill up quickly, so be sure to mark your calendar and be ready to purchase your tickets come May 1st when registration opens.

These will of course be ITC events and we anticipate all to be Major level events, ensuring loads of ITC points! Of course, there will also be prizes galore.

More information to come, soon!

  1. Oh snap! So close guys. So close. SoCal open takes place too close to the Harvester of Souls in Spokane Valley, my favorite 40k tournament (also an ITC event), so sorry guys. But is SoCal having any other AoS hobby oriented tournaments during the year? I can maybe convince the wife to take a California vacation with me to attend that.

    1. Yeah, the calendar is so full now you can’t avoid events, plus this was the only weekend that was open in the fall, so you take what you can get.

The Broadside Bash is at the end of this month and is very hobby oriented. If you can swing it it’s super fun

  2. Hey Reece would it be cool if we had a LVO equilivelent on catalina island. That place is my home town and I know the guy who manages the casino we can game there or the inn on mount Ada. This is for the future tho
