Frontline Gaming is looking for a full time painter/assembler to join their studio paint team at Frontline Gaming HQ!
You read that right! Frontline Gaming has recently expanded their facility again to include a brand new studio attached to their store in sunny San Diego, California. We’re looking for a full time team member to come and join our busy FLG Paint Studio.
What qualifications do I need?
More than anything else, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic and sense of teamwork. We can teach you advanced painting techniques, but we can’t teach you to be positive and a good teammate. So long as you are a competent hobbyist, we can bring you the rest of the way to become a highly skilled, professional painter. Our in-studio painters work as a team to accomplish tasks and keep our paint quality consistent and high caliber. You won’t feel overwhelmed by projects as you coordinate with fellow committed professionals to complete them with a sense of pride in quality craftsmanship.
What can I expect?

Many of our painters have been with us for years and appreciate the ability to focus only on the part of the job they love: painting! Tips for success.
A lot of folks want to be professional miniatures painters but many simply do not have what it takes to cut it on their own. That is why turnover in this industry is so high. If you really want to make a living as a painter you need to be very honest with yourself about the following attributes:
- Can you work at a consistent, speedy pace?
- Can you do the above while maintaining consistently high quality?
- Can you do both of the above while remaining a positive member of a team?
