Early registration will run from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday in the Event Center, which is the last hall in the convention center. Come out early and avoid lines the day of the event!
Bring some spending money. We’ll have a ton of vendors (including Forgeworld!) at the event with great deals for you and new product! We’ll also be liquidating our remaining F.A.T. Mat inventory that is in Las Vegas at great prices. Each mat will have a card attached to it which you can grab, fill out, pay for at the FLG Store and then take it home with you!
We’ll also be debuting some of our awesome new FLG Mats! These are gong to be a hit, we are sure, and you will get to play on them with matching ITC Terrain at the LVO!
If you are playing in Warhammer 40,000 events, as a reminder, our format and FAQ were locked down on the 11th of January, so we will NOT BE USING THE NEW GW CODEX FAQs OR THE FALL OF CADIA SUPPLEMENT. We’ve been shouting that from the rooftops but it always bears repeating. Also, be sure to have your list at registration as we will be taking pictures of all of them to upload into the ITC App from Best Coast Pairings.
Also, please download the ITC App from Best Coast Pairings and get familiar with it. It will be used for many events at the LVO, and is a fabulous tool for making your experience there easy and fun.
If you plan on playing in the Warhammer 40,000 Sunday RTT (for those who do not make the 40k Championships finals), please be sure to grab your tickets as early as possible. We anticipate a lot of folks signing up to play the day of the event, and to avoid long registration lines, it would be a tremendous help to have folks purchase their tickets in advance.
Be sure to check the Schedule of Events page to see what time your events are occurring and in which hall.
If you are a Warmachine and Hordes fan, be sure to swing by their booth and have a chat with them. They tend to unveil some new and awesome products at the LVO!
Please remember, there is no outside food and beverage in the convention hall per the Bally’s policy. This includes coffee in the morning, even if you bought it at Bally’s. We will have food and beverages available throughout the day in the Social Hall for you to purchase during the event.
Be ready to have an incredible event! We’ve got paint classes, demo games, social events and so much more.
