The pistols and chain swords are the add the base sprew for the gores is obviously for AoS. Nice show guys.
Good show guys.
Just to note that nobody you mentioned works for GW. Also Ben’s Stormcast wasn’t at the top table, he won because of painting and sportsmanship soft scores, which means he absolutely deserves to win, but worth noting, the top table was the second and third lists. The warrior brotherhood is very good but not too tricky to beat (I’d recommend splitting up rather than bubble wrapping, once they’re down Stormcast are slow).
They used the General’s Handbook missions.
WOW!
This was a fairly terrible episode folks. Sorry but your lack of research and general knowledge on AoS really showed in this one.
A lot of assumptions made and you know what happens when you make assumptions! 🙂
This episode could have been great if you had done even a little bit of research and maybe watched the coverage by GW. Your ideas on the lists were rough. Ben’s army is OTT but the Skyre list is fluffy? C’mon.
The lists are competitive. Some rely on tricks others just have good deployment options. Ben Johnson’s list was taken from Russ Veals which was taken from Sam the winner of the Facehammer GT (although in that he was able to use a Skyborne slayers list as well at this event.)
Ben does work for GW Ytook. But that really doesn’t matter he won 5 majors over the course of the event and deserved to be where he was he also got one of the highest sports scores which shows it’s not what you play just the way you play it. ( Although he is lucky he got that extra pip of sports but would have won on VPs!)
Please going forward try to get an idea of how the army works or plays in order to get a true feeling for how the lists work and don’t make assumptions of the scene 5,000 miles away.
You can do better than this!
Whoops, my mistake.
I certainly wasn’t saying he didn’t deserve to come first, sorry if I gave that impression.
I realize my sentence structure implies that. That is my bad there should have been a line between both of those.
The second part was directed towards to podcasters. 🙂
Glad you guys are sticking to it! There was a lot of misinformation in this episode though, haha.
