Hey in the last episode, someone mentioned ITC AoS events. Is that a system that’s going to be in place soon or can we start recording results for that somewhere? I’m planning an event in a couple months and would love to have it linked up!
Yes! We’ll have the info up for that in the next couple of weeks. Event info is already starting to come in so feel free to send the information to me at sales@frontlinegaming.org
The frost lord on stonehorn is really good. I can’t decide if it’s better to run him with generic destruction abilities or Beastclaw. Both do very nice things for him and his troops.
I’very used one and soaked up all the magic and shooting of two other armies for a couple of turns before folding. Granted he smashed into the Lord of change before it could cast it’s signiture spell of doom.
Special shout out to how crazy good a LoC is at magic
Just a point of contention: you guys were talking about the Yhetees 6″ pile in and saying you could use it to jump away from one combat into another. Unfortunately, according to the FAQ, you always have to pile in towards the closest model, so it doesn’t quite work that way.
It’s still an extremely good ability, allowing you to get into combats you otherwise wouldn’t. Just a bit of a nitpick đŸ˜›
I think Beastclaw Raiders is one of the strongest armies at the moment. They’re held back by low model count in objective based games, but Stonehorns are extremely hard to kill with high wounds and halving them, and Thundertusks have pretty insane damage output. And with the ability to make some Battleline and the low variety of units, BR armies almost always end up running at least 2-3 in a game.

They look extremely powerful.
