Good report. Beautiful armies on a great table! Your opponent made some serious errors, which you two discussed. I think This has the potential to be a very tough match up for you. Warcon can be the biggest counter to KDK in all of 40k if played correctly.
I don’t know about biggest counter to KDK, grav being useless against all those saves makes it tougher for War Convocation to begin with.
