Frontline Gaming is Looking for Writers and Content Producers!

i want you

Frontline Gaming is looking for more writers, videographers and content wizards!

Do you love the miniatures gaming hobby? Do you love to write, make videos or other cool hobby content? Would you like to be a part of the Frontline Gaming team? If so, we’d like to see if you’ve got what it takes!

Our creative team is a group of enthusiastic hobbyists that love to share their knowledge of the games we play with others. Here’s what we’re looking for in candidates:

best of the best

  1. Awesome hobby ideas to share! This can be on tactics, humor or painting and modeling tutorials. All game systems are welcome!
  2. Solid grammar and punctuation if a writer, polished videos and art for videographers and artists. We don’t mind editing your articles but can’t spend the time to go in and rewrite them for you, and likewise with rough, raw footage.
  3. Timely! Make sure to only take the work you can finish on time, please. We all miss deadlines on occasion, but in order for the wheels of the Frontline Gaming machine to turn smoothly, we all need to do our utmost to hit our deadlines!

What you get for your work:

  1. Paid! Articles earn you store credit with Frontline Gaming to use on purchasing more hobby goodies. You can literally write yourself a new army! If your videos are hosted on your YouTube channel, you will get more viewers!
  2. Recognition. Frontline Gaming is one of the more popular tabletop gaming blogs on the interwebs, and your ideas and articles will reach tens of thousands of appreciative gamers.
  3. Be a part of the Frontline Gaming team. We help each other with ideas, and even have a cool Facebook Group where we talk about radical things! You can do that, too =)

To apply, please do the following:

  1. Email Reece at: Contact@FrontlineGaming.org with either a 500 word sample of your writing, or a link to one of your already published videos/articles/tutorials.

That’s it! We look forward to hearing from you.

  1. Will this somehow help me get a voice like Reece? ’cause I’ld write furry p0rn for that if I had to.

      1. Nathan Fluger

I used to write those for Blood of Kittens back in the day, but I seriously don’t play enough big events against top-flight lists to give anything other than theory-hammer.

I used to scoff at Stelek and even AbusePuppy for not understanding Orks and not playing in big events.

I legit don’t feel qualified to write anything approaching the level of what I used to because its not battle tested.

If there was a need to post random thoughts about 40k from a very part-time garage (well, porch) gamer has-been, then sure. But I don’t think anyone would be interested in it.

Now, the idea MarkDawg threw around of making ITC formations…now that’s something I’d love to put my hand to and see if I could make some cool formations for Orks, Imperial Guard, Dark Eldar, and Nids (my favorite armies). I honestly think that suggestion is GOLD and would love to see ITC pursue it.

  2. I’m interested in submitting a writing sample, but I don’t think I have it in me to be a regular at it. Are you also looking for people to write on and off or more regular columns?

  3. I write a blog. Is a link to that acceptable? Or would you rather I give you a sample? Let me know whichever works. Thanks.
