    Don’t know if this was corrected in the video, but Ruins do provide 4+ cover to obscured targets. Though the explanation isn’t in the usual spot. Go to Vehicles and read the cover saves section. Look at the photos and read the captions, particularly the 2nd one with the Rhino in it. It’s one of at least two rules I know of that’s explained in the photos, but not clear in the text.
