Howdy fellow gamers, Mr.MoreTanks here again to pitch the awesomeness that it Cruisehammer. This next one goes up to beautiful Alaska from Seattle and is a 7 night cruise filled with games, friends, food, drinks, and more!
You can read about the awesome trip of the first Cruisehammer, and what you’ll be missing out on if you don’t make this one in August of 2016 here: https://frontlinegaming.org/2015/01/27/were-on-a-boat-cruisehammer-recap/
Here you can check out all the information about this upcoming cruise at the Cruisehammer website: http://cruisehammer.org/
These are just some of the non-wargaming related things you can find on the boat, so your significant other or kids will have something to do when you wanna game, or get away from them for a bit.

Rooms are going fast folks, really fast. We already sold out of our first batch of the standard room, and had to work to get some more from the cruise company. You guys seriously don’t want to miss out just because you were to slow to grab a room. If your interested, but not sure if the dates or money will work out, you can put down a deposit and not have to make a final decision until SPRING 2016! That’s basically a whole year to make sure that your finances, schedules, and any other concerns are in order before you have to financially commit to the event. The deposit saves you a spot and prevents you from being undercut.
Looking at the price tag, I get that this vacation isn’t cheap; but you’re a wargamer, you don’t like doing cheap stuff anyways. Think about it this way, this is a 7 night vacation where your food is provided and you have access to an amazing hotel that carries you to sight seeing destinations. Though the drink ticket seems intimidating, I can promise you that you can make your money back in the first day. This is the way to game my friends, I promise.
Plus, Reece and Frankie are coming, so you know you’ll be up for a good time.
If you really want a shot at going, but know that the money will be tight, you have a shot at getting a ticket for basically free. Just come on up to Seattle Washington August 22-23 for the next TSHFT event (also an ITC event!) for a chance to win one of 3, that’s right 3, Cruisehammer tickets we’re giving away to the Best General, Best Appearance, and Best Sportsman. You could win a prize that’s valued at over $1,000 for playing 40k! (Plus I’m the TO now, so that’s reason enough anyways!) http://www.tshftopen.com/
Check out the website, Like us on Facebook (and TSHFT too!), and come see what all the fuss is about. Come play games, the way its meant to be played, on a huge fucking ship. Pretty sure that’s in the rules somewhere, or the latest FAQ.
Ohhhhh, Maybe I should put off the Student Loans for a bit for this………
I’ve been told it is an absolute blast.
I went on the 2014 cruise and am for sure going on the 2016 one. A warhammer tournament with amazing gaming/nerd friends, my gf, a beautiful vacation with great food, drinks, pools etc…
Thank you sir I’ll have another!
About August TSHFT, it says: “How to Register:
Click on purchase ticket to the right!”
There is no “purchase ticket” to the right, left, top or bottom.
We’re implementing a new ticket system for TSHFT, this should allow us to show a list of participants for the event and allow you to track your registration status better. This will have some of you who’ve already purchased tickets through paypal to get a few extra emails notifying you that you’ve registered (with a sent invoice) and then updated to approved (paid) status. Please don’t panic and don’t try to pay a 2nd time. It’s just it’s way of pre-registering you for the event and then being approved for the event (because you’re already paid!).
We should have something up and running permanently shortly.
On one hand, 40K on a Boat.
On the other hand, I study norovirus…
