Join us for our first ever Hobby Hour, live on Twitch!

hobby tools

We’ll be live on our Twitch Channel here in just a few minutes! We’re going to run through our first Hobby Hour show so please feel free to join us! We’re running a little late as we just had a shipment of F.A.T. Mats come in and we had a light crew to unload the truck, so it took longer than usual. We will be up and running very shortly. Let us know what you think! This is out first go at it so I am sure there will be tons of room for improvement.

We will be building the new Kataphron Battle Servitors!

  1. Was awesome to listen too, though I was late to work because I got distracted 🙂

Because it’s so casual, you could probably have intern in shot with a laptop, no idea if that works with your setup. It felt like he was a little banished 😛

You could also skype people in, if they aren’t working, to chat about random stuff. Was cool having the discussion on primarch casting, etc. Good seeing info on how some of the new models fit together, how magnetisation could work, etc.

    1. Skyping people in is a great idea! Thanks for that.

And yeah, we try to share what modeling knowledge we’ve accumulated, it is easy to do and hopefully helpful.

      1. Yeah, I was kind of thinking that you guys were pretty busy doing the models. Having either the intern or a “personality” like rawdogger skyped in could generate some interesting discussions in between nuggets of hobby gold.

      2. You were talking about interesting stuff, but (understandably) you weren’t massively engaged with the stream, unless the intern read out what people had typed. Maybe next time he’ll read more out 🙂
