Hey everyone, TableWar and Frontline Gaming are beyond excited to finally be unveiling our new wave of F.A.T. Mats to you! You’ve seen the teasers of the mats, now prepare yourself for the full frontal assault! The mad geniuses over at the Tablewar design studio have outdone themselves with these new F.A.T. Mats.
These have been in production for the past 6 months and after much work, adjustments, travel and logistical wizardry, we’re ready to deliver more great gaming mats to you all. These new F.A.T. Mats will allow us to bring the quality and convenience of the F.A.T. Mat to new game systems and provide more variety for systems we already work with.
If that doesn’t already get you pumped, then check your pulse because you may already have been removed form play after a failed save! These mats will be available for pre-order Monday, November 10th through the Frontline Gaming web-cart. Currently these new mats are only available in the North American web-store, but will be available in the Australian and UK web-carts soon.
These mats will ship in the first week of December.
We also want to take the chance to mention an exclusive, limited edition bundle deal. The upcoming X-Wing Armada game is designed to be played on a 3×6′ surface. We have designed a bundle set of mats that provide you with two, 3×3′ mats that can be used individually or be tiled together to form an epic sized space scene! Tried to order but got “Website configuration error. Shipping modules are not configured properly by the Store Administrator. Cannot continue” when I tried to calculate shipping cost 🙁

I live in Europe, so maybe this is the reason? Should we wait until the mats are available in the Euro store?
I was curious how much shipping would cost. If it’s not too much i would directly preorder from the US.
Hmm, I just tried the mats in the cart and it works.
The F.A.T. Mats are only in North America at present, if you would like to order one we can ship it to you in Europe or the UK (although shipping will be higher as it is coming from the USA) or you can wait till we get the mats in the UK web-cart in the next few months.

Yeah, having a baby has tied up a lot of my time (and money). Don’t play 40k anymore as it’s pretty much died around here, but still play Malifaux and occasionally WHFB.

I do not! I have an unassembled Firestorm fleet, but I am the only one around here with one.
Never got into Firestorm. Not a big fan of the mechanics, if I’m honest.
The limited run of 6 x 3 space mats, will they be available in from the AU and EU stores later on. Sounds like you will sell out in the US, if you’ve already sold 20%!

So tempted to get that X-Wing mat! It would be a big upgrade from my 3’x3′ piece of black felt (cat hairs for the stars). It’s on the wish list for now, but I might not be able to wait.
