  1. He needed to shunt the dreadknights forward and kill the seer council before he got fortune up. There is nothing else that can kill the blob since Draigo can kill Wraithknights.

Some Interceptors with shunt and psyk-out grenades are very good against a lot of top builds with psychic powers. They can shunt forward and chuck their grenades and cripple some armies. .

      1. Due to GTA’s deployment I won’t have been able to get the NDK’s in range to do any damage as it describe in the video

        1. I saw that. You made a mistake by placing them to the side.

Next time when you win the dice roll to go first you have to have them all start in the center of the table as far forward as possible so he can’t hide and hope he does not seize the initiative. You start about 48″ away and you shunt 30″ so you are going to be about 15″ away. Not ideal, but worth the risk.

Otherwise GTA showed you what will happen. Eldar are just to fast for foot slogging army and will run circles around you.

          1. NM, I saw that you only had flamers on your DK instead of combining them with the heavy psycannon or silencer. You do not have the firepower to take out the seer council even without fortune.

  2. and sometime, your opponent rolls 6’s and you roll 2 or less… cripes.. low model count is tough but.. crumbs, that was harsh. only had a few games like that gotta laugh:P

    1. The lists may be intimidating, but the games are still very fun. A game being enjoyable or not boils down more to the two players playing, not so much what they are playing. GTA brings the meanest lists I have ever seen, but, he’s fun to play.

  3. Well not exactly the best showing for the new GKs but that really wasn’t the fault of either player. It just ended up being one of those games where everything goes wrong. I think you guys should have replayed and recorded the new one.

    1. They’ve done that a few times, and mentioned that the prior game was just rotten bad luck (so not worth viewing).

I also think, though, that posting reports like this one are good for the community. I’ve had games where I’ve lost decisively before the end of turn 2 and other games where I’ve all but tabled an opponent by turn 3. These things happen and showing that they can happen helps (can help) temper peoples’ expectations.
