Hi Reece from Frontline Gaming,
Bernard Suesmore from GW legal here. I’m writing you this private letter to mention two upcoming changes to the GW retail agreement, which applies to Frontline Gaming. Here at GW, we prefer our independent stockists, or as we refer to you internally, “lowest margin channels” to do everything they can to push customers towards the GW website. It’s better for the hobby ™.
We notice you direct customers to our website, but then tell them they can order from your store. While that’s true, we’d much rather if you didn’t do this. So starting next financial year, we are altering the terms of our agreement to specifically bar you from using the word “pre-order”, from mentioning your own webstore, or the fact that you stock GW products, from your advertisements. We are really excited to be in this partnership with you, and know that you appreciate the importance of keeping it relevant and fair to both parties.
Yours sincerely,
Bernard Suesmore
PS: Frankie, I’m afraid you are going to have to stop claiming to be the “World’s Greatest 40k Player”, as not only is that a trademarked term, but the honour has been bestowed on Matt Ward.
LOL! hahaha
Sorry about the mix up, didn’t realize codex storm trooper was net only and therefore ineligible. I expect some good A Con commentary soon!
The storm trooper book is physical, you can order it.
