The Las Vegas Open is Nearly Upon Us!

It’s finally here! Friday, February 7th is the beginning of a great event!

After over a year of planning, the LVO is here! We have a sold out event with folks coming from all around the world to enjoy an awesome weekend of gaming, fun and Vegas at Ballys Casino!

You can watch the event updates at Torrent of Fire for the 40K Champs. The first 2 days are an old school, 5 round combined paint and play event, no grueling 8 games in two days! We will award the best generals, painters and the combination of the two! The top 8 players go on to the finals in a single-elimination throw-down for all the marbles and a shot at this, awesome trophy!

We will update Fantasy and Warmahordes event results on Frontline Gaming as we go! We have awesome trophies for this event, too!

And awesome scenic tables like these:

Life After the Cover Save will be broadcasting from the event!

There will be all kinds of fun and we can’t wait to see everyone there. Social events, Beerhammer, you name it, this is going to be awesome!

Frontline Gaming will be closed down as a store front from February 6th through the 10th, so if you call, we won’t be here. We will strive to answer emails as often as possible but our time will be very limited.

  1. 0240 and just finished up oil washing all I can for tonight. Looking forward to the event and a blast in Vegas! Heres to a long standing and succesfull tournament!

  2. After the roadtrip from Seattle, we crashed out. (Low fee to checkin early. We’ve been in our room since 10 this morning. Only $28 to get in early)

You guys going to need any help setting up today?

We are three well practiced Con-volunteer/running individuals that are more than willing to throw a hand in.

  3. Reecius, I know you are probably exhausted, but I’ve been looking for event pics since 5am! C’mon man!

I’m there next year. My wife loves the idea of an event in Vegas, giving her more to do than hang out by the pool or something. Genius idea. I hated missing out.

  4. Megamats are beer proof
The terrain was off the hook, best I’ve ever seen.
Singles Championships went off on time and very smoothly, despite the huge number of competitors.
    Vegas is insane.
Wolfbrothers had so much fun it was barely legal, even for Vegas.

    that is all.
