Frankie and Israel try out the Tau R’Varna suit to see just how broken this beautiful Tau Riptide from Forgeworld is or is not. Check it out!

The r’varna is a ridiculously good unit for killing what it was designed to kill, which is non-flyer units. Too good, its experimental rules definitely need to be toned down and its cost probably increased as well.
I agree it is very good(crazy) I want to get one because I play tau, I know I am a bad person but it dose have weakness anything flying as its weapon are blasts, I know in some case it get generate alot of hits vs some 2+ saves but they should come out of it fine in most cases, or anything with a good re-rollable ++ save to think of it.

I believe it will be toned down some in the official rules. Same thing happen to the shadow specters and the decimator.
I sincerely hope so.
kudos to frankie for playing against that thing without back handing it off the table after turn 3 lol
I hope they tone that thing down. it looks pretty cool, and Id like to add one to my collection without feeling guilty about it
Exactly, we ALL want to use it! It is just so OP. They need to tone it down.
