You can only pick up the relic at the end of the movement phase. Thus it is impossible to shoot someone off the relic and claim it on the same turn.

Whoa a Raw Dogger victory!? Those are rare on these videos congrats! The only thing that bothered me was why didnt you break off the Librarian from the CM and have each one assault a Ravager? Then you couldve sent the Storm Talon to mid field to the immobilized Ravager to finish it off thus giving you 3 Big Guns points in one turn.
That’s a bit above my pay grade, lol.
