We did it, two years in business! Over the hump and into our terrible twos!
Starting a business is hard ass work, scary, stressful, consumes your life, you spend money every month instead of making any, and at times it can suck so hard….and then you get past that and it’s the most rewarding thing ever and you have built something to be proud of!
Frankie and I wanted to say thanks so much to everyone who has helped make Frontline Gaming into the what it is today as we–literally–couldn’t do it without the friends, family and customers who’ve helped us out!
We know you have choices on which blogs to read, which videos to watch, which pod-casts to listen to, which stores to buy from and which paint studios to hire, not to mention which events you choose to attend. So thanks so much for helping us to make our vision of a gaming community and business a reality! It means a lot to us.
We go out of our way to make everyone who buys from us or comes into our store feel not just like a customer but friends as that is how we genuinely think of everyone. It’s not just some B.S. to make a sale…trust me! Haha, Frankie and I could and have made a LOT more money doing other things in life and could do so again if that is what motivated us. Whether it be just talking lists with folks who don’t have any other nerd buddies to bounce ideas off of to giving the young whipper-snappers that hang out at the store jobs around the shop to earn the models they can’t afford, we always try to put community first.
Two years down and who knows how many to go! We made it through the toughest part of start-up and look forward to what the future may hold!
